About Us

Harig Crankshafts Limited (HCL) was incorporated in April 1983 as a joint venture with domestic and international collaboration and is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company built a strong legacy in the auto-ancillary sector, specializing in the manufacture of high-quality forged and machined crankshafts and other critical automotive components for a wide range of vehicles.
With advanced manufacturing capabilities and a phased, precision-driven setup, HCL has served the automotive industry with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and operational excellence. Over the years, the company emerged as a recognized name in India’s auto component ecosystem and remains listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
In April 2024, the company was acquired by Palika Towns LLP pursuant to an NCLT-approved resolution plan, marking the beginning of a new phase of strategic transformation. In line with its growth strategy, HCL expanded its business activities in 2025 to include real estate development and civil construction, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects. Backed by renewed leadership and a forward-looking vision, Harig Crankshafts Limited continues its journey toward sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
